Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Is she Sain
Exwifes boyfriend has been indited on felony child abuse to my oldest son but has a warrent out for failure to appear she has knowledge of his whereabouts and stays in contact with him regularly. Are there any charges I can fill against her to stop the communication between the perp and my children? She should be arrested for aiding and abedding a known felon.
please help.
