Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
scamed check
i got a check worth 2850 by ups mail next day I took it to the check cashing place , she talked on phone somebody and asked my I.D and make a photocopy and then she told me this is counterfeit check and she is going to complain agianst me and what the name on check. I have question will I get legal problem by this.

more likely yes. You could be charged with theft, fraud or forgery.
