Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Does a school have to remove the attacker involved in a sexual assault on a campus? Doesn't the victim have the right to stay on his/her campus without having to see the attacker. The school removed the attacker to DAEP, but then let him/her come back to campus after DAEP.

This is not a criminal law question. You need to ask under some other category because lawyers under this category defend people accused of criminal acts.
Be aware that if the person has not been convicted, then the school or any other authority has limited control. If the person is charged with the offense, perhaps the way to get help is to talk to the court about putting restrictions on his bond - that he cannot be on the campus with the complainant, etc.
