Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

search warrants

Search warrant has no judges signiture the person in the apt asked to see the search warrant and was denied they said they were looking for a stolen gun and did not find it but yhey did find a bowl of marijuana a set of scales and a empty bag that had a trace of meth, they arrested him and confenscated everything in the apartment including the safe that belonged to the apartment occupant they could not get it opened so they took it with them they also searched the defendent in the apartment and took his money but it did not make it to booking with him. When he bonded out for 500.00 doollars he did not get his money back. Is this legal?

No it is not legal, and the person needs to retain a lawyer to get the charges dismissed, and the property returned.
