Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can I seek compensation after spending two years in jail and being found innocent of all charges against me. And the DA commented that my case should have never made it to trial. Nor should I have been held in jail for two years.

Yes, potentially you can. I would need to know more facts about your situation though. Were you in jail awaiting trial all of that time or were you in jail after being found guilty and then getting the conviction overturned for some reason?
