Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i am seeking legal help , because i went out to a party with a friend , we had a couple of drinks and we did get into a fight . but she is claiming that i made damages to her car and is suing for medical expenses . and i want to counter sue for loss wages and medical bills . what should i do ?

I assume that she has in fact filed her lawsuit, and you have been served.
File a counter-petition. You can serve it on her by certified mail (no need to pay money to a process server).
