Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I want to know if you can get a sentence modifacation on a Manslauter charge in the state of Texas. My son took a plea agreement for a ten year sentence, he has never been in trouble with the law before and is prior military. He was charged with murder and offered him manslauter because it was self defense.
