Range of punishment for a class B misdemeanor is up to 180 days in jail fine up to $2,000.
Getting the max for this offense is highly unlikely. What the state might offer depends on the facts.
I would be more concerned about your parole. It is possible that a revocation hearing will be filed.

Practically speaking I believe most prosecutors will want some jail time because you are on parole. Just a guess 10 to 30 days.
