Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
The sentence was ten years for robbery. He has already done over seven. Has been denied parole three times. Weapon was one of the reasons but there wasn't one involved. Can anything be done?

Hire a parole lawyer to put together a packet for him to demonstrate that he has a safe, good, law abiding place to go upon his release.
