Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
was sentenced to tdcj in 2006-2010 for pcs less than 1 gram. wa enhanced to felony and was sentenced last month to 8 years and one day credit. can i get my 4 year i already did back in 2006-2010

What? You have a new case and you are wanting to apply unused credit from an old case to your new case? If this is what you are asking, the answer is no.
