Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i was sentenced in 1985 to 18 yrs in prison legally when does my sentence end .is sentence allowed to stop and start due to brief parole grantings ?

You only get credit for time that you were actually in prison if you end up revoked; you do not get time for time you were out on parole.
