Can a peson be senteced to 5 years and get out on probation and violate probation and went back into jail and be sentenced his original sentecing 5 years all over again? Is there no back time?

That depends upon the actual sequence of events. Was he sentenced to 5 years and then paroled out? If so, he will get credit for the time he has served, and will complete the 5 years, together with any new charges, if any.
If he sentenced to 5 years, but the sentence was probated, and he violated the probation -- even at the end of the probation, he can be jailed according to the original 5 years.
