setting aside a conviction

can i file my own motion to have a felony conv. set aside? and where would i find a sample motion to go by?

Yes you can represent yourself. The problem is that you do not have the knowledge or experience in practicing law. I am not aware of sample motions available on the internet. You will probably need to do your research at the law library.

Based on what you have written, you may always represent your individual self in a court proceeding. As for a sample form, generally most law firms will have their own forms for use by their clients.
