Re: sex ofender

If you were on probation, you will not be able to get it expunged. There is an outside chance that you might be able to get an order of non-disclosure - but it will depend upon the exact nature of your offense, and if you were on straight probation or deferred. Take your file to a criminal defense attorney to review.

Re: sex ofender

Based on what you have written, it appears that you were charged with a sex offense. If you are required to register as a sex offender, then pursuant to the Texas Government Code, you generally will not be eligible for expunction or non-disclosure. If my law firm can assist you further with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
