Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If a sex offender fails to register what are the chances of him/ her being incarcerated vs. getting probhation? note, failing to register is a felony and that would make his/her fourth felony. Can you tell me the chances?

Someone with 3 prior felony convictions is not eligible for probation. Incarceration is likely. This person needs to speak with a local criminal defense attorney to get more detailed advice.
