Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Sex offender parole regulations
If a person with a 16 year old child, allows a sex offender to live in the home, knowing that the sex offender is not to be around anyone under the age of 18 and his parole officer finds out. Will the parent have charges filed against them or the child be removed from the home?

Re: Sex offender parole regulations
Its not likely.
There isn't a specific crime for what you asked about.
But the sex offender must register with the county where he is living and one must be cautions with these people around children.
You never know what someone is going to do.
