Sex Offender Registration
My brother has been charged with two different cases of indecent exposure. will he have to register as a sex offender. it had nothing to do with a child or anything

Since these are misdemeanor cases that involve your brother exposing himself to an adult he will not have to register as a sex offender.
However, this exposure is just the beginning of what sex offenders do before they actually carry out other offenses.
It sounds like your brother needs counseling before he does more things to get him in trouble.
