If you qualify for expunction: meaning that 1. you were tried for the offense and were acquitted; 2. you were convicted and later pardoned (or cleared by an appellate court); or 3. you were indicted and it was quashed, or you were never indicted, and the limitations period has expired.
The offense you have listed is not one eligible for an order of non-disclosure after deferred adjudication.
