sexual assault
my son is 15. Our neighbor is 19. She invited my son over to her house gave him beer and had sex with him. Is that considered sexual assault of a minor. Can i press charges and if so is there a statute of limitations?

There are several sexual offenses in Texas, including sexual assualt. There is a statute of limitatations. You can press charges. Contact your local district attorney's office.
