shooting with gun

when going though a divorce my husband shoot at me with a gun he

told the sheriffs that if he wanted to

kill me he could have, he was just

trying to scare me. he went before

the grande-j. and they no-billed him

.I had a few doctor bills i had to pay. I

kept on harassing me i moved, i am

very afraid of him what can i do. can i

sue him & if so what kind of atty. do i

need.

Start by going to the DA's office in your county, with your story, and see if they will file a protective order on your behalf. If not, hire a family lawyer to file for a protective order and/or injunctive relief.
