Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
A shooting and robbery
my husband was shot at a robbery crime scene but was not involved and the police cant find any evidence besides the bullet of him being at the the crime scene how long do they have to look for evidence before they have to release him and drop the charges. I heard theirs a 90 day wait and he has been in jail for 60 days i was wondering if that rule was true

Based on what you have written, it appears that your husband is a suspect in the robbery.
