shoplifting in texas
i'm 17, first time offender, stole about 112 dollars worth of make up from kmart. i was bailed out for 300 dollars. i'm an honor roll student in high school taking all advanced classes.. whats going to happen to me?

You are going to get a lawyer that hopefully will get you diverted out of prosecution, in exchange for successfully completing the county program for anti-theft.
If your county does not have a diversion program, hopefully your lawyer can get this reduced to a Class C, or get deferred.
