Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
When I sign for felony deferred adjudication in Polk county tx will I be required to take a urine analysis drug test and if so will it count against me since it was from use before I signed

In any county, you are generally required to take a urine test when you sign on for probation. This sets a standard so that if you use again, you will be in violation. (For example, the level of THC may be X but as time passes, it should be declining - never going up and not staying the same.)
You cannot be revoked for using before receiving the probation but certainly using drugs while on bond can be considered when they set the conditions of your probation.
