Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My sister husband attempted to murder her and she's now on life support in the hospital, there is brain activity, but her husband wants to pull the plug on her life support to try to cover up what hes done, can the victims family stop him?

Hire an attorney to impose a guadianship on your sister. This will give you more control and may give you control to prevent his pulling the plug. Understand that in the absence of a declaration, hospitals must take all appropriate measures and that husbands and children have priority to be appointed guardians.
