Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My sisters-in-law are marajuana addicts and use (and possibly distribute) on a daily basis with their friends in the house. The father provides them with the money to purchase and allows them to do so in the home. I have tried many times to get the activity to cease but have not brought in authorities yet. If I file a police report will I be charged with facilitation?

If you have nothing to do with the use and distribution of the drugs, then you should not be charged just because they do it.
