Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

ok here is my situation. Back in 2008 i was put on deffered adjudication for tow years. i had three class b misdemeanors which where: possession of marijuana less than 2 oz., evading detention, and criminal trespassing. They dropped the possession charge and trespassing and put me on DA for evading. A couple months on regular deferred i was placed in the bexar county drug court and i violated once and was placed in a drug rehab center for 180 days which i served in full. So due to a discrepancy between me and my po i was given the wrong court date is it possible for them to lock me up again????? the maximum sentence for a class b misdemeanor is six months. didnt i do my time already???

If I understand you correctly, you finished the rehab program, went back out on probation, missed a court date and are expecting another motion to revoke and are wondering what can happen.

I do not understand why you had to appear in court after completing the rehab program.

Was this a court date with the drug court?
