Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Situation: A wife accuses her husband of Agg Sex Asslt- Child under 6 years. There is only her statement that the husband confessed to the act. No DNA, no results from REACH clinic, no eyewitness or any other evidence.
What would be the ideal route in preparing for the Grand Jury?
Also, what other motions or documentation can be filed to assist?

What? Hire a lawyer. You can't represent yourself and if this is a lawyer asking this question, you have taken on a case far too much for your experience. Send them to someone who knows what they are doing. This is playing with fire.
