The Sixth ammendment and lineup
can the testimony of witness who was shown my pic befor trial still be used in trial. the police showed her my pic in in photo lineup w/o atty present so we dont know if she identif me or was coerced(6th ammen)

Your lawyer can file a motion to suppress the lineup to find out what happened at the lineup. He should also be able to get a copy of the photo line up.
