someone who skips bail
if i bailed someone out of jail and they skip out, what liabilities do i face?

Depends,if you put a cash bond you could lose the entire amount of the bond. On the other hand if you hired a bonding company and only put a portion of the bond amount you could be sued by them for the full amount plus attorney fees and costs.
