Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I sold a motor bike to a guy over a year ago and he has not paid me for the full amount. He said that he sold it to someone else over 6 months ago. What legal actions can I take to get my money back?

File a civil suit against him. Get a judgment and abstract the judgment. This will show up on his credit records. Once you get the judgment you can levy on his non exempt property and sell it to satisfy the judgment. See an attorney to help you with the details.
