Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
MY son was just arrested for not fulfilling his probation on a felony that he was sentenced to in 2001. He is in jail with no bond. Is there anything that can be done?

Hello there,
You should hire an attorney to go pull his revocation paperwork to determine if the states allegations alleging he has not complied with his conditions or committed a new offense are true.
Also if he is on deferred probation he is entitled to have a bond set.
Either way, you need an attorney to review the states allegations and see what can be done to help your son.
If you would like to discuss this any further feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
