Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my son was arrested in richardson tx(dallas county) for possession under 2 oz. we live in Plano(collin county), Dallas county refused to prosecute, however now collin county is prosecuting even though a crime wasnt commited in collin county. is this legal?

No. They have to prove venue. Hire a lawyer to fight this.
