Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can my son whom is out on bond from another incident, be in violation of his bond if he is in jail in another county and can't appear in court?

If he picked up a new case while on bond, he violated bond. His bond will be revoked. OR, get the bond company to turn in the bond to avoid the costs.
