Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Need help!!!
My son bought 2 - 4 wheelers in his name. My brother his uncle agreed to pay for 1 of them. He has one of them in his possession and refuses to pay the monthly payment as agreed. He will not return it. What should I do. It has been 4 months this has been going on. Help!!!!!!

It seems from your question that the vehicles are your son's property. You don't need lawyers involved. Your son should request a police escort to retrieve his property.
