Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son was charged with aggravated assault for a bar fight in Lousiana.First time offense,he was not intoxicated,but victim was. He is scheduled for a court date for his plea,and we are unsure as to what to expect,or what the consequences are. I appreciate any help thanks.
