Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son had a class c misdemeanor against him in 2001. He had a bad check and hadn't taken care of it. It was taken care of. He is up for a good job and it is still on his record. Is there anyway to get it removed?

You need to hire a criminal defense attorney and see if he can get the conviction expunged.
