Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son is in the county jail in texas, the judge sentenced him to an additional 180 days,(originally the judge said it would count) after he had already severed more than 180 days. I s there a way to reduce it to time severed?

You can file a motion to reduce sentence within thirty days of the sentence. It is doubtful it would be granted.
