Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son is incarcerated in a TX city jail waiting to see if he will go to a state jail for 8 months or get probation. He also is wanted in FL for violation of probation regarding a couple of cases from two years ago. He will not be extradited. Will the time that he is accruing in the TX jail go towards any FL jail time he may have to serve? Thank you.

You need to retain a Florida attorney to try to work something out for him.
