Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son is in jail in Titus county tx. He has a hold on him out of red river county. If I bond him out here and he goes to redriver and misses his docket call for titus county will a warrent be put out on him even if he is in jail. His court appointed lawyer will not go see him or return my calls. please help

If you bond him on one case while he has a hold from another county, he will not be released unless you also bond him from the case on the holding county. He must make both bonds to be released.
If he is in custody in any county when he has a court appearance in another, then one need only gather proof of incarceration to show the county in which court was missed.
