Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son was left in the daycare bus. The personnel from the daycare picked up my son of 4 yrs., first from school. the they went to different schools to pick up more kids. He went to sleep in the bus and nobody woke him up to got out from the bus. When he woke up, he was in a parking lot far from the daycare. He still has nightmares and scares been alone. Can I have a legal action against the daycare?

Call the police and the licensing agency to do an investigation. This is probably not a criminal matter but they could have problems with licensing.
