Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son has a long arrest and conviction history including a felony conviction on a gun charge. He was arrested on May 26, 2016 on at least two felony charges and is being held for felony grand jury indictment. He tells me he will released after 90 days on a PR Bond if the grand jury has not indicted him. Is this true?

This is true but do not count on it. They will get him indicted.
