Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my son was picked up monday at his job in texas from a anoomyous tip for 3 felonies he has in oklahoma and he had been on the run for two years without getting into any trouble my question is: is there any way we can fight his extradiction and do his time here in texas he has no ties what so ever to oklahoma all his family is here please help me

No; if your son is being held on an Oklahoma warrant, he would have to return to Oklahoma to face the charges. If he is convicted and sentenced to prison time, he will have to do that time in Oklahoma.
