Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
to get son out of prison
Son was sentenced to 8 years in prison. Four years served and 4 years on probation. The charges in sexuall charges on a child. He did not do it. It took from the time he was arrested to sentencing 6 years. There was no other children involved. The attorney said he was better off taking plea.
