Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
please help
my son was in his and his roommates apt and had some friends over and the music was loud and the police just knocked on the door and came in well told everyone to leave except my sons roomate so my son went next door and they told the roomate that they were gonna put a warrant out for my sons arrest for a pipe and 2 adderall and some marijuana they found in the apt but it wasnt his and what about the roomamte they did nothing to. can they do that ? my son has never been in any trouble in his life .

Was the roommate arrested? Did the roommate make a statement? Has a warrant been issued? Never being in trouble before will not stop this mess, but will mitigate sentencing if he is charged and convicted.
Hire a local lawyer now to determine if charges are being filed, so that bond can be established. The lawyer can then represent him through the proceedings.
