Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son was stopped for speeding and cop searched his car (by permission). Cop found drug paraphinalia in son's backpack and was issued a ticket. Does my son need to obtain an attorney to handle this?

if charged as a class c, probably not. if he wants a chance to keep it off his record, then yes. an attorney may be able to help, but no guarantees
