Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son has been out of TDC for 9 years after serving 17, he has to take a poly every yr. for maint. he has a history of seizures so they did not give him the test for the first 3 years then his Dr. said he could stop his med. and he has been taking the tests every yr. since, always passed, he took his test this past month and told the poly examiner he felt ill, he had had a seizure 3 weeks before, he passed the first and they said he failed the other 2, we had a body hair test done with a lab, and the results came back neg. for alcohol and drugs which is what they said he failed. They are telling him he has to take another in 60 days and pass or he will go back to prison, but his nurologist says he has to go back on his medication. The hair test was 500 dollars and will hold up in court. Will they send him back???
