Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son and his wife would fight a lot when they were younger, he was charged with family violence a felony. Three years later they are still together and now have three kids. He is having a difficult time finding a job because of that terrible mistake. Would you recommend we hire someone to get the felony off and could this be done.

In Texas, final convictions are not expunged. His recourse would be to request a pardon (which is not often granted).
