Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My son is 21 years of age. He is charged with 2 counts of Aggarvated Robbery w/a Deadly Weapon; but no weapon was found. Also, he was pressured to make a confession with an attorney present. Did not understand his legal rights to attorney? Does this means his legal rights was violated by Law Enforcements?

He had a lawyer present? Then he needs to be discussing these issues with his lawyer. The lawyer will not discuss his case with you, as you are not the client. It appears from your question that there are many factors and details to the case which are not included.
