Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have two sons i wish to disinherit one owes $14k the other owes $50K on loans they are not going to pay back. I have verbal contracts with both. Will a verbal contract be void if i disinherit them. Also, can a Texas atty place a lien on CA and WA State assets?

The verbal contract would not be void just because you disinherited someone. Another option would be to treat the owed money as an advancement in a will. Unless you have a will, you cannot disinherit an heir. You should see an attorney to help you prepare a will.
Texas attorneys who are not licensed to practice in Washington and California probably would not be willing to place liens on property in those states, unless the lien arose from a transaction in Texas.
