speeding citation
citation stated i had no passenger when i clearly did can it be throw out or dismissed for this? This is my first citation what can i do to get it dismissed?

Generally, in order for a ticket to be voided, the error needs to be material. Not sure that a judge would rule that the presence of witness is material to the issue of whether or not you were speeding.
